In order to have your voucher redeemed please put your voucher’s security code in the “Online Voucher’s Security Code” field when you book online.
We like to remind our voucher customers that as per the condition of the deal only one voucher per person will be accepted, if you can’t find someone to give it to, we will deduct the $price of the voucher from your next massage.

New cancellation policy: (Not applicable to vouchers, please refer to the conditions of your voucher)
Non-attendance/Cancelling or rescheduling appointments – Unless extenuating circumstances apply, a cancellation fee of $20 may be charged if you fail to attend your appointment or provide less than 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This fee is not refundable through Medicare. This policy enables the therapists to keep their costs to minimum and make the times available to other clients.
